Terrafirma Td5 oil cooler repair kit for PBC500230
This Terrafirma Td5 oil cooler repair kit is for Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 models fitted with the PBC500230 oil cooler housing assembly. It allows the oil cooler section to be replaced while retaining the original housing, provided the casting itself is still serviceable.
Use this kit where the cooler section is the problem and the main housing has not been damaged, cracked or overtightened. If the housing casting is damaged or the threads are no longer sound, a complete PBC500230 housing assembly may be the better route.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
