Td5 oil cooler silicone blanking plug
This silicone blanking plug fits the back of the oil cooler on Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 engines where a blanking plug is used. It is designed to replace the original rubber PYB500040 / PYB000030 plug, which can perish and leak coolant near the turbo and oil cooler area.
The kit includes the silicone blanking plug and a stainless steel hose clip. It can also be used on Puma water pumps (LR004514).
If your oil cooler has a hose connection rather than a blanking plug, use the PBH101980 / ERR6689 Td5 heater to oil cooler hose instead.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
