Description
This is a Nissens radiator for later Land Rover Defender Td5 and Puma models.
It fits Defender Td5 vehicles from VIN 2A622424 onwards and is also used on Defender Puma 2.4 and 2.2 models. This is the later radiator type and should not be confused with the earlier Td5 radiator used up to VIN 2A622423.
This radiator follows the later replacement path for PCC001020 and PCC001020G, making it the correct option for later Td5 and Puma applications.

This radiator does not fit early Defender Td5 models up to VIN 2A622423. Those earlier vehicles use PDK000100 / PDK000100G instead.
When replacing a radiator, it is good practice to check hose condition, flush the cooling system and bleed the system carefully afterwards.
If you are working on a Td5 cooling system, the separate coolant restrictor may also be required:

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
