Description

Dayco premium Td5 auxiliary drive belt tensioner

This is the premium Dayco option in the Td5 auxiliary drive belt tensioner range, positioned below Genuine Land Rover and above the standard replacement alternatives. Choose it where you want a strong branded tensioner without moving up to the genuine Land Rover unit.

A worn or weak tensioner can cause belt squeal, chirping, vibration or unstable belt tracking. Replacing the tensioner with a worn auxiliary belt helps restore steady belt tension across the alternator, power steering pump and water pump drive.

Compare the other options in our Td5 auxiliary drive belt tensioners range, or choose the correct matching belt from our Td5 auxiliary drive belts page.

Warranty

Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.

Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.

Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
