Lucas ERR2081 temperature sensor for Td5 and other Land Rover fitments
This Lucas temperature sensor is equivalent to Land Rover part number ERR2081. It is commonly used on Td5 engines as a coolant temperature sensor and fuel temperature sensor, depending on the vehicle and sensor position.
The same ERR2081 sensor is also listed for several other Land Rover applications, including selected 300Tdi, Discovery 2 V8, Freelander 1 and Range Rover Classic fitments. Because it is used in more than one position, check the fitment tab carefully before ordering.
Replacement may be required if the sensor has failed, gives incorrect temperature readings, causes diagnostic faults, or is being replaced during related cooling or fuel system work. Always confirm the failed sensor position before ordering, especially where the vehicle uses more than one temperature sensor.
