Description
Reconditioned MSC000030E green top fuel injector for 15P and later TD5 engines in Defender and Discovery 2. Commonly known as the green top injector, MSC000030E is the later TD5 injector type and replaces a worn, sticking or failed original unit. Each injector is sold individually and requires its calibration code to be entered into the engine ECU after fitting.
Injector Coding After Fitting
TD5 injector coding stores the individual fuel-trim value for each injector against its cylinder position. The engine will run with the replacement injector fitted before coding, but the ECU will continue using the previously stored value for that cylinder.
Entering the replacement injector code allows the ECU to apply the correct fuel correction and operate the injector as efficiently as possible. This is a fuelling calibration entry rather than immobiliser pairing or an ECU remap.

Fitment Notes
MSC000030E is the later green top injector and is not the correct injector for earlier 10P TD5 engines. Confirm the engine type before ordering where the vehicle has had an engine replacement or its history is uncertain.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
