200TDI and 300TDI flywheel replacement
This OE quality flywheel is for Land Rover 200TDI and 300TDI manual clutch systems. It fits Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models where the ERR719 / ERR719G flywheel is required.
A worn or damaged flywheel can cause clutch judder, vibration, poor take-up, clutch slip or visible scoring and heat marks on the friction surface. It is normally inspected once the gearbox or clutch has been removed.
Because access is the same as a clutch job, it is worth replacing small wear parts while the area is apart. The LFB500050 flywheel spigot bush is a sensible add-on, and the heavy duty TDI clutch fork kit is worth considering if the existing fork or release mechanism shows wear.
