Discovery 2 Td5 thermostat to coolant rail hose replacement

This Discovery 2 Td5 coolant hose (PEH101070) runs between the thermostat area and coolant rail. It is a small hose, but it is important for keeping the thermostat-to-rail connection sealed properly.

Replace the hose if the original rubber has become soft, swollen, cracked, oil-contaminated or is leaking around the ends. Older Td5 coolant hoses can look acceptable until they are disturbed, so check them carefully whenever the coolant is being drained.

Make sure the hose connections are clean before refitting and check the surrounding cooling hoses at the same time. Supplied as a single PEH101070 coolant hose; clips, coolant and other hoses are not included.
