Description
This brand-new standard TD5 exhaust manifold (LKC102020G) fits Defender TD5 and Discovery 2 TD5 engines. It is an OE-quality replacement for LKC102020, supplied as a bare, unmodified manifold casting in standard form. It is intended for TD5 repairs where the original manifold is cracked, warped, leaking, damaged, heavily corroded or no longer worth reusing.
TD5 exhaust manifolds are often removed because of leaking gaskets, broken studs, warped flanges or repeat loosening after heat cycling. This manifold gives a fresh standard replacement rather than reusing an original manifold that has already been skimmed, repaired or weakened around the flanges.
Many original TD5 manifolds have now been skimmed heavily over the years. The flanges can become thin, the casting can be weakened, and corrosion around the ports and stud holes can make another repair less worthwhile than fitting a fresh standard manifold.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
