Pipercross-manufactured foam air filter for Td5 engines
This TF382 foam air filter fits Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 models in place of the standard paper air filter (ESR4238/LR027408). It is manufactured by Pipercross and supplied as a washable foam panel filter for the original Td5 air box.
The foam construction gives the filter its main advantage: improved airflow compared with a standard paper element, while remaining washable and reusable when maintained correctly. Clean and re-oil the filter using suitable foam air filter cleaner and oil; do not refit it dry after washing.
Use this filter where you want a serviceable performance air filter without changing the original Td5 air box layout.
