Stainless nut kit for Defender clutch master cylinder pushrod adjustment
This stainless steel locking nut kit is for the clutch master cylinder pushrod used with STC500100 on Land Rover Defender models. It replaces the small adjustment and locking nuts on the pushrod rather than the clutch master cylinder itself.
The original nuts are often corroded, seized, rounded off or mauled from previous adjustments. Replacing them while fitting or adjusting the clutch master cylinder makes the job cleaner and avoids trying to reuse damaged hardware on the pedal-box side of the job.
The kit includes two stainless half nuts and one stainless Nyloc full nut. These replace the original nut references NT605042 x2 and NY605042 x1. New clutch master cylinders do not normally include these pushrod locking nuts, so this kit is useful when replacing the master cylinder and setting the clutch pedal adjustment at the same time.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
