    BGA Td5 cylinder head bolt kit

    This BGA Td5 cylinder head bolt kit fits Land Rover Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 engines. It is a complete set of 12 cylinder head stretch bolts, replacing Land Rover part number ERR5384.

    Td5 cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield stretch bolts and should not be reused once removed. Fitting new bolts is an essential part of a proper Td5 head gasket replacement, cylinder head refit or top-end rebuild.

    Before fitting, clean the cylinder block bolt holes thoroughly and remove any oil, coolant or debris. Trapped fluid or dirt in the bolt holes can affect tightening and may give false torque readings.

    Always follow the correct Land Rover tightening procedure using a calibrated torque wrench and angle gauge.

    Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects.
