Description
This AIRTEC intercooler is the correct Defender fitment for Td5 and Puma 2.2 / 2.4 TDCI models, part number ATINTLR05. It is a proper vehicle-specific upgrade for customers who want a known AIRTEC intercooler rather than a generic replacement.
Supplied with the intercooler assembly, brackets and fittings, it is a straightforward choice when you want the right Defender intercooler for a standard, remapped or hard-worked vehicle.
One of the advantages of the AIRTEC design is its use of cast end tanks and a bar-and-plate core. This gives a stronger, more durable intercooler than many lighter fabricated alternatives, with less tendency to flex around the tank and weld areas, making it a sensible choice for hard-worked, tuned, towing and off-road vehicles.

Warranty
All parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Some products and brands may carry a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover failure caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults elsewhere on the vehicle.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and testing before any repair, replacement or refund is authorised.
