Defender Td5 silicone intercooler hose upgrade
TF737 is the Terrafirma silicone intercooler hose set for Land Rover Defender Td5 models. It replaces the three main intercooler hoses with black 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses, giving a stronger and longer-lasting hose set for the Td5 boost pipework.
Constructed from high-grade silicone polymer and reinforced with 4-ply polyester fabric, these hoses are designed to handle higher boost pressure and temperature than standard rubber hoses. With an operating range of -40°C to +180°C, they help maintain consistent performance under demanding conditions.
Intercooler hoses can soften, split, delaminate or leak as they age, especially on vehicles that have seen oil vapour through the intake system or increased boost pressure. Common signs include loss of power, boost leaks, hissing under load, oily hose joints or hoses that feel weak and swollen.

Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
