This Alive Tuning™ silicone turbo inlet hose with breather fitting is a direct-fit upgrade for the Land Rover Defender TD5. Manufactured in partnership with Samco Sport®, it combines reinforced construction, improved airflow, and long-term reliability – all backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Why Upgrade?
The factory TD5 inlet hose is prone to collapse under vacuum, especially on tuned engines or vehicles with restrictive induction setups such as snorkels. This restricts airflow and reduces performance. The wire helix reinforcement in this Alive Tuning™ hose prevents collapse, ensuring reliable airflow even in high-power tuning applications.
Breather Port Included
Unlike the non-breather version, this hose features a breather port, allowing it to connect directly with the standard Defender TD5 breather system. This makes it ideal for those who want a straightforward replacement without modifying or re-routing their breather setup.

Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
