Stainless braided upgrade for Defender front caliper hard pipes
This stainless braided front caliper hardline kit replaces the short formed brake pipes that run from the hub bracket / front flexi hose connection to the front brake calipers on compatible Land Rover Defender Tdi and Td5 models from 1990–2007.
It replaces the early ANR2946 / ANR2947 front caliper hard pipes and the later ANR5785 / ANR5786 Td5 front caliper hard pipes. The later ANR5785 / ANR5786 formed metal pipes are expensive when bought individually, so this stainless braided kit is the better-value option when replacing both front caliper hard pipes.
These short pipes are very awkward to make neatly from copper brake pipe because the bends and length need to be right to avoid rubbing on the caliper, hub or surrounding parts. This kit avoids brake pipe flaring and hand bending, and gives a cleaner stainless braided replacement for the original-style formed metal pipes.
Check your existing pipe layout before ordering. This kit replaces the male/female front caliper hard pipe setup used for ANR2946, ANR2947, ANR5785 and ANR5786. It is not for the later SGB501790 / SGB501800 male/male front caliper pipe setup.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault.
