Description
This brake servo adaptor kit is for non-ABS Land Rover Defender models using the later 3-pipe brake master cylinder setup.
It allows fitment of a later double-diaphragm servo while retaining the correct master cylinder position. The kit includes the adaptor and fixings needed for the conversion. Servo sold separately. This kit, correctly setup, will dramatically increase brake force!
Fitment
Suitable for non-ABS Defender models using the later 3-pipe brake master cylinder (LR013018 type).
This is the key fitment point. If your vehicle does not use this master cylinder setup, this is not the correct kit.

Important Note
This upgrade increases brake assistance. If your Defender has old brake hoses, corroded brake pipes, tired unions, leaking seals or other weaknesses in the hydraulic braking system, fitting this upgrade may expose those faults quickly.
The condition of the full braking system should be checked before installation.
Vehicle-Specific Note
Some vehicles may need additional brake pipe work when fitting a later servo. If you are working on a 2.4 or 2.2 TDCI, expect extra brake line work and brake bleeding as part of the installation.
