Defender & Discovery 2 Td5 Turbo Actuator Clip – Stainless Steel
Stainless steel retaining clip for the Td5 turbo actuator wastegate control rod on Defender and Discovery 2 Td5 models. This clip is not available separately from Land Rover and is usually only supplied with a replacement turbocharger, so you can replace a missing, damaged or lost actuator rod clip without buying a complete turbo.

420 stainless steel turbo actuator clip
This Td5 turbo actuator clip is made from 420 stainless steel, a hardenable martensitic stainless steel grade with higher carbon content than 410 stainless. It is commonly used where strength, hardness and wear resistance matter, making it a good material choice for a small retaining clip that needs to hold the actuator rod securely.
Use it when the original turbo wastegate actuator rod clip is missing, damaged, corroded or likely to be lost during work around the Td5 turbocharger and actuator linkage.

Standard UK shipments are normally sent with DPD. UK orders containing oils or fluids are normally sent with DHL where required, because some carriers restrict liquid shipments.

Warranty
Buy with confidence: all new parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 include at least 12 months manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Some products and brands may include a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page or covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, incorrect fitting, competition use unless stated, contamination, modification, damage during installation, normal wear and tear, or failure caused by an unrelated vehicle fault. For certain components, proof of professional fitment may be required.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and/or supplier testing before the claim is accepted. Any advance replacement is discretionary.
Warranty remedies relate to the part itself, meaning repair or replacement, or refund if those are not possible. Warranty does not cover labour, removal or refitting, diagnostics, consumables, travel or other incidental costs.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not reduce those rights.
