Defender alarm pin switch loom for headlamp tamper protection
On alarm-equipped Defender models, the BBUS / alarm sounder area is vulnerable because it sits behind the headlamp area. If the headlamp surround is removed, the alarm components can be reached and disabled before the vehicle is attacked further.
This pin switch loom adds an extra alarm trigger behind the headlamp surround. If the surround is removed, the pin switch activates the alarm, giving an earlier warning and making the alarm system harder to disable quietly.
The kit requires no soldering, but fitting does require some drilling for the switch mount. For more physical and electrical security options, see our Defender security products.
