Stainless Td5 turbo oil drain pipe upgrade
The standard Td5 turbo oil drain pipe is awkward to work with and the factory drain flange is thin enough to distort, which can lead to repeat oil leaks around the turbo drain. This stainless upgrade replaces the original drain pipe with a stronger two-piece setup designed to seal properly and make future turbo removal easier.
The thicker stainless flange gives a better clamping surface at the turbo, while the two-piece pipe design lets the drain section be fitted more easily during turbo installation. It is a great upgrade when you are dealing with oil wetness around the turbo drain, replacing a turbo, rebuilding a Td5 engine or improving long-term reliability.
This kit includes the stainless turbo oil drain pipe, turbo drain gasket and sealing washers. It replaces the original Td5 turbo oil drain pipe; ADU6847L and PNT100030 are the gasket and washer references supplied with the kit.
This is the drain pipe section only. If you also want to replace the turbo oil feed pipe at the same time, use the Td5 turbo oil feed and drain pipe kit.
