Manufactured exclusively for Alive, this Td5 Cylinder Head Stud And Nut Kit is precision engineered by one of the UK’s leading high end motorsport engine component manufacturers, using carefully selected materials for this specific application.
The standard cylinder head bolts on the Td5 cannot tolerate prolonged high boost pressures and this is why we commissioned these back in 2014. Since then they’ve been used in several high powered Td5 racers which have proven their robustness in the harshest possible conditions, as well as being used on our more extreme road going customer cars too.
These are a ‘fit and forget’ modification which will last a lifetime, so can be reused when refreshing the engine.

Warranty
All parts sold by Twinwoods 4x4 are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Some products and brands may carry a longer warranty period where this is provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, this will normally be stated on the individual product page.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover failure caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or faults elsewhere on the vehicle.
Warranty claims may require the part to be returned for inspection and testing before any repair, replacement or refund is authorised.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
