Complete Td5 fuel filter housing kit with Mahle filter
WJN000030 is a complete Td5 fuel filter housing kit for Defender Td5 and Discovery 2 Td5 models. You get the housing assembly, Mahle KC80 fuel filter, air bleed valve, non-return valve, water-in-fuel sensor, fittings and washers.
Replace the housing if the original unit is corroded, leaking, hard to bleed, allowing fuel drain-back or causing diesel smells around the rear chassis area. On older Td5 vehicles, replacing the complete housing assembly is often cleaner than chasing individual valve, fitting or corrosion issues.
This is the version we normally recommend because it gives you the most for the money. It includes the WKW500070 water-in-fuel sensor and still works out better value than the plain WJN500150 version, which does not include a water sensor.
The housing itself suits Td5 applications. If you are fitting this kit to a Defender Td5 and do not need the water sensor connected, this is often still the better-value option.
